Mobile units equipped to move throughout the whole national territory and prepared to make guards and a deep research on each of the assets. The target of this team is the recognition and identification, not only of the occupants but also of the environment and the property, to subsequently make a full report. 

These occupational reports are later used for future DUE DILIGENCE to improve the financial strategy providing an added value to the portfolio, avoiding possible legal and occupational problems in the future. It also helps the following teams to know the terrain before an intervention in terms of taking possession. 

The high range of our system allows us to recognize between 100-150 assets per week. This unit needs to be completely unnoticed by occupants, but in case of massive occupations, we can use Private Security for prior control of assets. 

IMASS PRO is a digital platform designed and developed exclusively for IMASS. It allows you to have “in streaming” access to the assets to be acquired, to know recovery times and to make your portfolios profitable based on the lease contracts in force according to established parameters. In its cloud, you can save all the documentation pertaining to the asset: tenant data, registry data, land registry, etc.
