This almost telematic unit is in charge of maintaining a continuous and direct contact with the residents. It is composed of social workers, mediators. The cornerstone of this unit is the detection of vulnerbility cases . Throughout this last year and a half, we have already worked with at least twenty City Councils to promote aid to the occupants, to be able to negotiate social leases with the inhabitants and to act as interlocutors between them and the Property for an understanding in the interest of both. 

The main functions of this unit are: 

• Housing search. 
• Negotiation of supplies.
• Reunification and negotiation of debts.
• Signing of extrajudicial agreements
