LEASING UNIT

For the second type of investor, a SOCIMIS, the management of the members of this unit is composed of mediators and social workers to makes the asset profitable through a current RENTAL contract. 

In order to do this, it is necessary the preliminary assessment that was done by  the unit in which we know the current situation of the occupants, whether they are occupants without legitimacy or former tenants and/or owners to whom a lease contract was once made. The intervention unit initiates a negotiation period not exceeding one month so that, by means of a form regulated by the LOPD (private and personal dates spanish law), the occupants can opt for a rental and thus remain in the dwelling. 

The main functions of this unit are:

  • Compilation of all the necessary documentation for leases.
  • Drafting of lease agreements.
  • Rental monitoring.
  • Rent non-payment insurance.
